Hi, since an update from a rather ancient 9.0.x version to 11.0.6 I notice the behaviour from the subject line.
If I cancel a backup job, the spool file does not get deleted. Further
investigation shows, that the director and the fd client indeed have ended the
job in question, but the sd has it still marked as "running".
This does not happen for every job, but since the update I see it in 2 from 3
occasions. Also waiting for 30min to see whether the sd catches up yielded no
results.
My current "workaround" is to restart the sd daemon, which is a little
cumbersome.
Any idea?
