Hello.
I'm testing backing up to S3 and I find it hard to get information on
this. Please forgive my noobness on this, but I never worked with AWS/S3
before.
I'm up to the point where more or less Bacula is doing its job: it backs
up, uploads, downloads and restores. However I'd like to tweak some fine
settings.
_ Are volumes either completely uploaded or not? Is it possible that
some parts were uploaded, but not all of them?
Is there a command to list which volumes/parts have been uploaded and
which not?
I know "Cloud list", but then I'd need to compare it with local volumes.
_ I set Cache Retention for every pool: the manual says I can then issue
the "cloud prune" command, but can this be done automatically (either at
the end of jobs or periodically)?
_ Is it possible to use glacier storage? How?
