Hello everyone, Just a quick note to let you know that I have finally ported my 'baculabackupreport.sh' script into Python. The original version had grown to become an unmaintainable mess of bash/awk code over many years and this port was something I have been threatening for quite some time. :)
During the process of converting this script (while learning some Python along the way), I was able to fix every single bug that was impossible to find/fix in the bash/awk version. I was even able to find and fix a few that I didn't even know existed! Additionally, I was able to add some new features along the way. The current version is available on Github here: https://github.com/waa/bacula All feedback is welcome.
