You are trying to backup the virtual /sys filesystem. You can't do that and it also makes to sense to do that, as all this (and /proc) contains are run-time information of the running Kernel.
You should add "OneFS=yes" to your Fileset and then specify every real filesystem which contains data you want to backup.
Hint /dev, /sys, /proc and /run are all not worthy of being saved. Grüße, Sven.
