Hello Erik,

Your Bacula should probably be an older version, where Bacula contents are 
stored under /etc/bacula.
This script was made for newer 9.x versions were the default Bacula 
configuration is under /opt/bacula.
You just have to adapt the script and configuration paths. It is really easy.
