Replying myself...
Recompiled bacula and it's fixed, now fd-daemon shows libz.so.1 in ldd,
it didn't before.
Regards.

Hello, Bacula 9.4.2 here (Compiled from sources) We have a working bacula installation (both for backups and restore) for several years. Upgrading it from time to time, never a problem. A few days ago, I changed all the backup definitions adding, to the Options stanza: compression = GZIP1 signature = MD5 Backups have continued as usual. But.. Today I need to restore a backup from a customer. I've been able to determine that I can't restore the backups done with the GZIP compression, but I can restore the older (still existing) ones. For the jobs with GZIP, when the restore begins it says: Warning: GZIP data stream not supported on this Client. Warning: 516 non-supported data streams and 0 non-supported attrib streams ignored. and 0 files are restored. What can I do now? Thanks. _______________________________________________
