Yes, brand new tapes.
Same error for all four I've added.
I've already written to and read from one of them and everything appears
to be fine.

I haven't done much labeling but can't recall seeing this error
before.
Can it be safely ignored?
Did you use a fresh and never written tapes? If yes then you can
ignore it.
