Maximum Concurrent Jobs values?

I have no autochanger: the three SDs are all NASes running Bacula
themselves and saving to their HDs.
I tried adding "Maximum concurrent jobs=5" (default should be 1 I
believe) to all "Storage" sections, but this didn't help: today I see
even more "intervention needed" messages; not sure if this worsened
things or if it's a coincidence.
I must say that every client has its pools, so the SD will save to
different volumes, without interleaving data. Not sure if this matters.
