I thought about this some more and I figured out it could be done with two seperate jobs each scheduled to follow after the corresponding backup. I also realized I don't really need separate pools for full and diff backup. I think it would make pulling tapes out of the autochanger easier as they'd be listed separately but I think it's also an extra complication I can do without.
