It is correct. Please note that I said "In the past I
have seen". Along the lines of the current discussion
- sure, step 4 doesn't exist for 'local-fd'. But that
doesn't mean my past experience is incorrect. Just
clarifying :)

OK. So I guess this means I have a weak memory about
what I have seen in the past. (could be!) :)

Sure. I am very careful about changing filesets. In
this case nothing was essentially changed (as rules).
Just the file paths of the external rules changed.
