I think you could try to print new labels and just update the volume names in 
the Bacula SQL catalog.
I just tried this hack with disk volumes and it worked. 
The volumes have a physical metadata like this:

  u/    =�BB02[5f������Bacula 1.0 Metadata
  ˥H,ZFS-Semanal-0ZFS-DiariaBackupAlinhado

But it surpassed by the label name / disk volume file name.
