Hello Matthias, It is as Heitor wrote - the main Baculum usage is to have one Baculum Web and many Baculum APIs installed on remote hosts.
You can of course to use two Baculum Web to one Baculum API but if you are going to use config module then you need to be careful to not overwrite the same resource from two Baculum Web interfaces. To your question about if Baculum-Web writes to the bacula database the answer is - no, Baculum Web can only communicate with the Baculum API. I hope it helps. Best regards.
