Hello Thorsten,

Hello Heito,

I'm on mobile.
tail -f /.../bacula.log?

well, this is a step in the right direction. But it seems that the output is still buffered. tail -f showed nothing until the job was completed.

Any way to change this behaviour (unbuffered output to log file)?

Thanks,
Thorsten

    Good morning :-)

    I was wondering...

I'm debugging some things in bacula, running jobs manually via "run"
    directive in bconsole...

... is there a way to have bconsole automatically print all new messages
    while I'm waiting?

I know this could "clutter" the bconsole if you're trying to do some
other work... but I'm really just sitting here waiting for output.

In bconsole I see there is an option "autodisplay on", but you still
need to press Enter to get messages displayed.

How do I configure bconsole to have a "full autodisplay" ?

    Thanks in advance,

    Thorsten
