There are several options. (1) You can use Bacula to backup the folder where
rman saves DB backup; (2) you can use bpipe to receive Oracle DB export to a
FIFO (requires testing) or (3) your company can buy Bacula Enterprise Oracle
Plugin provides lots of automatic backup options.
