Hello,

bacula-sd daemon usually run as bacula user. The directory defined in
"Archive Device" should have bacula:disk or bacula:tape ownership.

Please have a look at permissions/ownership of "/mnt/s3/consi-it-backup/"
to allow bacula user access.
