Hello Süleyman,
You can have a second definition on bacula-sd.conf and bacula-dir.conf for
you tape library (with all your 4 drives or only one of them but using
maximum concurrent jobs = 1) and use this second definition for the job
that will backup your data to your Offsite Pool. You can also configure a
stand-alone drive and use it for this offsite backup job.
