Hello Florian, I'm not sure if I understood your issue, but you could try the "Reschedule On Error/Reschedule Interval/Reschedule Times" to rerun failed jobs. If you do not have your windows updates configured to run at a specific time, it will be a little difficult for Bacula to previously know that the client will not be available because of it is rebooting and that in a few minutes will come back...
With the above job directives, if any job fails because of "could not connect to client", bacula will rerun the failed job in the "end time" of the failed job + interval time specificied as many times as you have configured for reschedule times.
