Hello,

Bacula has never had any legal problems and is not likely to ever have
any because we have very carefully obtained and maintained legal rights
for all software contributions we use. On the other hand Bareos, which
is a fork (or was) of Bacula has had legal problems, but it was never "
shutdown".

Best regards,
Kern
Bacula Project Manager
