Hello Jakubek: the "incremental label" comes from your Label Format directive: "vol-${Pool}-${Client}-${Level}-${Year}-${Month:p/2/0/r}-${Day:p/2/0/r}-${JobId}" So for the jobs that required label creation, ${Level} was equal to Incremental in that time / context. If it isn't the desired behavior change the label format or make sure that you are running the expected jobs levels to that pool.
