Hello,

You can find more information on your /var/log/messages (about the daemons
startup) and the log files generated by bacula are defined on the messages
resources (bacula-dir.conf), append directive:

Messages {
  Name = Standard
...
append = "/pathtobaculaworkingdir/working/log" = all, !skipped
}
