You can do the same with Bacula. There are a few ways to do that. You can
have the two full backups on saturdays and sundays. But if you do not need
two fulls, one on saturdays and the other on sundays, you can schedule a
copy job on sundays to make a full copy of the saturday backup and send the
sunday tape offsite.

It is not necessary to run mtx commands. You just need to configure the
DELL TL4000 as an autochanger device. From bconsole you can do an umount
and the tape will be placed back into the slot. Then you can kick the tape
off the TL.
