I chatted with Dawei in the #bacula Freenode IRC yesterday and we resolved this. Turns out he had an: Exclude = yes in the Include { Options {} } stanza of his fileset with no other directives like "wildfile = ", "wilddir = " etc. Not sure if this might be considered to be a bug nor not, but figured I would post it here in case it might help someone else in the future.
