I've looked all over, the file retention seems to be 365 days which has not
passed.

Subject: Re: [Bacula-users] Restores not showing files in directories
I have a backup that was 7.7 TB and I was restoring from it a couple of
months back, after which I turned off the backup server to move it until I
could restore from it again. I turned it back on and gave it Ips for the
datacenter and now when I go to restore from it, it shows no files or sub
directories. It doesn't have any errors, just says 0 files. I've tried in
both BAT and console. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Did your file retention period expire? In bacula there are volume,
file and job retention periods and they can be set independently.
