there is no Bacula in base RHEL/CentOS 5 repositories; it was added in RHEL
6. You can find a very old Bacula 2.4 in the EPEL 5 repositories or you can
find a rebuild of the current packages (RHEL 7 / Fedora) here:

This is for all currently supported RHEL / CentOS / Fedora releases, but I
never used XenServer 6.2 so I don't know exactly if it is compatible with
CentOS 5 (it should be).
