We use bacula for more than a year now and the backup server is getting full. Good time to review are retention period's. We use File backup and we use for every single Job a new Volume.
Is there a setting which does the following: Volume Retention = Job Retention I want to specify the Backup retention on one single place and the preferred place is where I define the job. If you don't put a Volume Retention is looks like the Volume is saved for a year. Or is there another preferred way to accomplish this kind of behaviour. Thanks in advance!
