I think maybe this should work for you:

One FS = yes
}
Options {
wilddir = /mnt/*
# wilddir = /mnt/backup - this is not necessary
wilddir = /xen/osimages*/
wilddir = /usr/ports*/
Exclude = yes
}
# Only works on Linux.
File ="\\|bash -c \"df -PTlk -x smbfs -x tmpfs -x cifs -x iso9660 -x
udf -x nfsv4 -x nfs -x mvfs | tail -n +2 | awk '{print \$7}'\""
}
It means that you will exclude that directories from your included fileset.
