Hi to all list. have this situation, let me explain with more details and sorry for my poor english.
I got tapelibrary and a space disk to backup my files and I have a mix way to save the data, because have this: Today need do a full backup TapeLibrary -> Full StorageDisk -> Incremental Next Day: TapeLibrary -> Incremental StorageDisk -> Incremental so on... if 2nd sunday do Differential works TapeLibrary -> Differential StorageDistk -> Incremental is like the backup works in continue mode, and not parallel mode and when i need to restore my data from 1st start i got this Original data will be recovery From: 1st day: FullBackup - TapeLibrary 1st day: Incremental - StorageDisk ... more days Incremental both 2nd Sunday Diferencial - TapeLibrary 2nd Sunday Incremental - StorageDisk My Problem will be: If 1 of them will be broken.. I can´t restore my total data because still restoring in 1 way.. so need to reconfigure to save the same thing in parallel way 1st day FullBackup in Tapelibrary and StorageDisk 2nd day Incremental in both 2nd sunday the differential in TapeLibrary and StorageDisk now if 1 of them will be broken I can restore from 1 of them... because I can choose from any device the full backup including: Full, Increm...Differ... from 1- Tapelibrary or 2-StorageDisk how can I do this?... what need to change in my bacula-director.conf ? thanxs in advance for the help.
