Demeter,

If you know on which volume the full resides and it has not been written over,
you can import it into the catalog with the bscan command even if it is
expired. See
http://www.bacula.org/manuals/en/utility/utility/Volume_Utility_Tools.html#SECTION00270000000000000000

On the system running the sd, I ran:
bscan -V %volume_name% -h %DB_host% -u %DB_user% -P %DB_password% -v -s -m -c
bacula-sd.conf /dev/nst0

Subject: [Bacula-users] Restoring a job without the job record

Hi,

I need to restore an old archive, but I cannot find anywhere the full backup
job, only the incremental of this job. I think somebody wiped...:(
How can I restore a job without the job record. I have backup of catalog, but
only for a month.

Best Regards,

Demeter Tibor
