Hello everybody,
I have a very simple problem, but at the moment, I can't see the solution.
There is no log in /var/log/bacula/.
The important parts of the directory configuration:
Messages {
Name = Standard
mailcommand = "/usr/lib/bacula/bsmtp -h localhost -f \"\(Bacula\) \<%r\>\" -s \"Bacula: %t %e of %c %l\" %r"
operatorcommand = "/usr/lib/bacula/bsmtp -h localhost -f \"\(Bacula\) \<%r\>\" -s \"Bacula: Intervention needed for %j\" %r"
operator = root = mount
console = all, !skipped, !saved
append = "/var/log/bacula/bacula.log" = all, !skipped
catalog = all
}
Name = Standard
mailcommand = "/usr/lib/bacula/bsmtp -h localhost -f \"\(Bacula\) \<%r\>\" -s \"Bacula: %t %e of %c %l\" %r"
operatorcommand = "/usr/lib/bacula/bsmtp -h localhost -f \"\(Bacula\) \<%r\>\" -s \"Bacula: Intervention needed for %j\" %r"
operator = root = mount
console = all, !skipped, !saved
append = "/var/log/bacula/bacula.log" = all, !skipped
catalog = all
}
Messages {
Name = Daemon
mailcommand = "/usr/lib/bacula/bsmtp -h localhost -f \"\(Bacula\) \<%r\>\" -s \"Bacula daemon message\" %r"
console = all, !skipped, !saved
append = "/var/log/bacula/bacula.log" = all, !skipped
}
Name = Daemon
mailcommand = "/usr/lib/bacula/bsmtp -h localhost -f \"\(Bacula\) \<%r\>\" -s \"Bacula daemon message\" %r"
console = all, !skipped, !saved
append = "/var/log/bacula/bacula.log" = all, !skipped
}
Why bacula does not log?
If I purge all bacula packages and install it from scratch, then it is logging to /var/log/bacula/bacula.log...
Thanks for any advice or idea.
Greetings,
Power
