I get occasional "Fatal error: Cannot find previous jobids." messages, which I
believe are due to the file records for a job having been purged. My pool
definition says "Volume Retention = 29 days", and the docs say file retention
defaults to 60 days and job retention defaults to 180 days, yet it seems that
the files are being purged out long before that. My client record has a File
Retention of 30 days and Job retention of 6 months.

When I look at the Pool records, the File and Job retention are set to 0, which
I assume implies the default retention period mentioned in the documentation.

How can I find out what is going on? There was definitely a previous full
backup since the retention period, and I assume if there wasn't Bacula would
just upgrade the incremental job to full anyway.

Thanks

James
