On Bacula-Web webpage: http://bacula-web.org/news-reader/items/bacula-web-5213-1-is-available-from-now.html in section "Fixed bugs" there is information about this fix: 0000097 - Trouble when doing a fresh install I cannot find this bug in BugTracker. When I was putting it to bug finder by bug number I received Access Denied error. I would ask about it.
