It seems the mtx-changer script is crashing or something... Mmmm... About the ready messages, i've seen some people modify the mtx script to increase the time it waits for a retry, but there doesn't seem to ve any errors after waiting... Question: is Bacula trying to load an already loaded tape or something? In the example it tries to load the tape in slot 1. What's in the drive and in slot 1 at the moment?
