I was told that the problem is the driver: lin_tape 1.76.0 SAS info: lin_tape version: 1.76.0 lin_tape major number: 251 Attached Tape Devices: Number model SN HBA SCSI FO Path 0 ULT3580-HH5 1068049105 Fusion MPT SAS Host3:0:0:0 NA And is using /dev/IBMtape* block devices, May be that the problem?
