Please take a look at your installed file:
/usr/share/doc/bacula-common-5.2.12/README.Fedora
What's missing is only your choice in the alternatives system for the
database backend:
# alternatives --config libbaccats.so
There are 3 programs which provide 'libbaccats.so'.
