Yes, you can. Use the cancel command.

This is important. An unmount ommnd was issued. This orients Bacula from using 
the drive until a mount comman is issued.

This too. 

The system is waiting for a tape from the dailybackup pool. And it seems you 
need to label a new tape. This should get jobs running again.

You can't delete files on tapes [also known as Volumes]. But you can Prune 
them, then recycle them so they get reused. That is a bigger topic.
