Bacula will not use more than 1 storage device (disk or tape) for a single job. However if you have more than 1 job you can use more than 1 drive. So to use 2 drives your first step is to split your backup in more than 1 job. The second problem you will have is bacula does not want to load the same pool in more than 1 drive at at time.
