My approach would be cd /home/bepstein/soft/bacula/bacula-5.2.12/src/console /usr/bin/g++ -c -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -I. -I.. \ -g -O2 -Wall -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti conio.c The idea is to get information why 'g++' fails, going beyond / behind / deeper then only getting an error from 'make' Hope this helps.
