So my backup runs at 1am when I'm supposed to be asleep. Sometimes, however, something comes up, and I need to wake up and use the machine that is being backed up. Is there a way that I can pause or suspend a running backup, so that my machine is not slowed by the file-system and network activity of the backup? Then when I'm finished working, I can re-activate the backup, and have it pick up where it left off? I don't want to completely cancel the backup, especially if it's a "full", because it will just have to do it again.
