Hi, One more question about Data Spooling and Concurrent Jobs.
I have one autochanger with two tape drives. I have set Maximum Concurrent Jobs in the Director Resource to 4, the Maximum Concurrent Jobs in the Storage Resource of the bacula-dir configuration is set to 4. I schedule about 30 Jobs at night all with Spool Data = yes. For review of my configuration I wrote a script to save the output from "status dir" to a file. During the backup one copy job already run and use the first tape drive. In the output I can see that 4 Jobs runs concurrently (one was the copy job). A little bit later I noticed that 2 jobs despooling data at the same time. Will this means the jobs are mixed on the tape volume? bconsole > status dir ... 1376 Increme client1.2012-08-08_23.00.00_13 SD despooling Data 1377 Increme client2.2012-08-08_23.00.00_14 SD despooling Data 1382 Increme client3.2012-08-08_23.00.00_19 is running ... To prevent this behaviour, should I set the Maximum Concurrent Jobs on the Device level to 1? But I think this will prevent the concurrent execution of jobs using the same device.
