Have you tried with double "/" like "C://" ? I think I fixed my problem time ago with that.

We have separate files to specify the partitions for all the systems we backup (IMHO - easier that way rather than putting the specific file systems in bacula-dir.conf. This way you don't have to stop and start the daemon everything you change a partition). So the file with the partitions for the windows server we backup had the partitions listed as you see them above. I've changed that now to a more conventional style of C:/ (as an example). This, I think, should make changing directories easier in the future. However, since I have to go back a couple of weeks to retrieve the data, I still have to deal with the C:\/ format, and I somehow have to find a way to cd into a directory, which I am still unable to figure out. +---------------------------------------------------------------------- |This was sent by willi...@csr.utexas.edu via Backup Central. |Forward SPAM to ab...@backupcentral.com. +---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- The demand for IT networking professionals continues to grow, and the demand for specialized networking skills is growing even more rapidly.
