I think you need to add the Desktop and Eigene Dateien directories themselves.
I.e. add this to the first options clause like in the manual:
WildDir = "C:/Dokumente und Einstellungen/*/Desktop"
WildDir = "C:/Dokumente und Einstellungen/*/Eigene Dateien"
