You can generate boostrap files and run these directly. You might find
checking out http://code.google.com/p/baculafs/ is helpful.

Alternatively you can simply script restores via bconsole.
eg

       bconsole << EOF
       restore
       7
       /example/DUMP/Archive/P_NW.mxi
       /example/ptec/storman_6_amd64.deb
       /example/DUMP/CC_Planning_3d.mxs
       /example/DUMP/CC_Planning_side.mxi
       /example/PLE/3D_N_StageC_.c4d
