So, you had installed an exchange plugin only. This is a source of your
problem. You have to supply a valid bpipe-fd.dll plugin and copy it into
that directory.

I'm not sure if Bacula Win32 install provide a required plugin. There are no
bpipe-fd.dll references in win32 installer sources but exchange-fd.dll are.
There is a bpipe-fd.c source code in bacula/src/win32/filed/plugins
directory, so I assume you (or other person) should build it manually.
