During normal operation Bacula will notice that these are Junction Points and effectively skip their contents to prevent the problem you're seeing.
What version of bacula are you using, and did you by any chance set the option "onefs = no"? The latter will make bacula backup anything, even if it is a remotely mounted share, a Junction point, ... unless it's explicitly excluded in your fileset.
