BTW, If you are still not getting concurrent jobs you need to post bacula messages and tell us where you set "Maximum concurrent jobs". Again this must be set multiple times in the bacula-dir.conf file. One for the director, one for the storage, one for each client that you want to run multiple concurrent jobs on.
