Dan, thanks for the hint. I had one entry in bacula-dir.conf that was not fully qualified. Just what was caching the old domain name is still unclear, but only Bacula seemed to be affected. Everything else on the system resolves using the correct domain name. Anyway, the problem has been circumvented for now by specifying FQDNs everywhere in the config file and I can back up my systems. +---------------------------------------------------------------------- |This was sent by pgf002000-bac...@yahoo.ca via Backup Central. |Forward SPAM to ab...@backupcentral.com. +---------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn how Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) One Node allows customers to consolidate database storage, standardize their database environment, and, should the need arise, upgrade to a full multi-node Oracle RAC database without downtime or disruption http://p.sf.net/sfu/oracle-sfdevnl _______________________________________________ Bacula-users mailing list Bacula-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/bacula-users
