Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) on the windows box change directory to the folder containing the bacula-fd.exe find the location of the bacula-fd.conf then execute bacula-fd bacula-fd -d 100 -c fullpathofbacula-fd.conf And see if there are errors printed.
