Assuming it's Linux data and assuming they have an additional 4TB (and growing) amount of space at "B" then rsync would work well. Probably kinder on the bandwidth too, and if the rsync'd copy is on a portable disk array then it could be used for a fast restore if "A" was completely wiped out.
