For what it's worth, I've tried all of the registry changes noted in the above links. None of them make any change to the issue what-so-ever. As the links I posted say, the "legacy" backup api has been removed from Exchange 2010 permanently. It's back to VSS backups for now, at least we have those...although I'm not all that confident in the ability to restore the data. But I'm doing a snap of the entire Xen image for now and shoving that out onto tape as well, just to be sure. :) I look forward to any developments, I'd be happy to setup a test/dev environment if that would help get a proper plugin for Exchange 2010 and Bacula.
