Hi, I have a Bacula backup process that keeps on crashing with a fatal error. I'm getting a "Invalid Catalog Request" whatever that means. My first guess was that it tries to backup some folder that does not exists? However, I cannot see any reference to exactly what catalog it is having problem with.
Have anyone had any experience with errors like this? Here is the error log: 27-Jan 15:56 primo-sd JobId 202: 3302 Autochanger "loaded? drive 0", result is Slot 17. 27-Jan 15:56 primo-sd JobId 202: Recycled volume "ARS677" on device "TapeStorage" (/dev/nst0), all previous data lost. 27-Jan 15:56 primo-sd JobId 202: New volume "ARS677" mounted on device "TapeStorage" (/dev/nst0) at 27-Jan-2010 15:56. 27-Jan 17:30 primo-dir JobId 202: Fatal error: catreq.c:336 Invalid Catalog request: CatReq Job=Client1.2010-01-26_12.15.44 UpdateMedia VolName=ARS677 VolJobs=1 VolFiles=240 VolBlocks=3719999 VolBytes=239984640000 VolMounts=4 VolErrors=0 VolWrites=24181716 MaxVolBytes=0 EndTime=1264609845 VolStatus=Append Slot=17 relabel=0 InChanger=1 VolReadTime=0 VolWriteTime=-72180282 VolFirstWritten=0 VolParts=0 27-Jan 17:30 primo-sd JobId 202: Fatal error: Error getting Volume info: 1990 Invalid Catalog Request: CatReq Job=Client1.2010-01-26_12.15.44 UpdateMedia VolName=ARS677 VolJobs=1 VolFiles=240 VolBlocks=3719999 VolBytes=239984640000 VolMounts=4 VolErrors=0 VolWrites=24181716 MaxVolBytes=0 EndTime=1264609845 VolStatus=Append Slot=17 relabel=0 InChanger=1 VolReadTime=0 VolWriteTime=-72180282 VolFirstWritten=0 VolParts=0 27-Jan 17:30 primo-dir JobId 202: Fatal error: catreq.c:336 Invalid Catalog request: CatReq Job=Client1.2010-01-26_12.15.44 UpdateMedia VolName=ARS677 VolJobs=1 VolFiles=241 VolBlocks=3719999 VolBytes=239984640000 VolMounts=4 VolErrors=0 VolWrites=24181716 MaxVolBytes=0 EndTime=1264609851 VolStatus=Full Slot=17 relabel=0 InChanger=1 VolReadTime=0 VolWriteTime=-72180282 VolFirstWritten=0 VolParts=0 27-Jan 17:30 primo-sd JobId 202: Fatal error: Error getting Volume info: 1990 Invalid Catalog Request: CatReq Job=Client1.2010-01-26_12.15.44 UpdateMedia VolName=ARS677 VolJobs=1 VolFiles=241 VolBlocks=3719999 VolBytes=239984640000 VolMounts=4 VolErrors=0 VolWrites=24181716 MaxVolBytes=0 EndTime=1264609851 VolStatus=Full Slot=17 relabel=0 InChanger=1 VolReadTime=0 VolWriteTime=-72180282 VolFirstWritten=0 VolParts=0 27-Jan 17:30 primo-sd JobId 202: Job write elapsed time = 28:49:36, Transfer rate = 22.39 M bytes/second 27-Jan 17:30 primo-fd JobId 202: Fatal error: backup.c:892 Network send error to SD.
